We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, while managing a high-performing team. As a leader of the sales team, you will play a central role in identifying new market opportunities and optimizing sales processes to ensure sustainable growth.

Your main missions:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to maximize individual and collective performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to adapt offers and seize new business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, including closing sales.
  • Ensure customer follow-up, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Develop sales performance reports and propose action plans to improve results.
  • Ensure the management and development of the customer portfolio, offering solutions adapted to their needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the visibility of the products and services offered.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and develop new sources of revenue.

Desired profile:

  • Bac+4 minimum in Commerce, Marketing or similar field.
  • Successful experience in sales team management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of the local market and business dynamics in Morocco.
  • Mastery of CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Natural leadership, team spirit and ability to motivate a team.
  • Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure to achieve objectives.

Additional assets:

  • Experience in B2B sales or in technology sectors would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital strategies and content marketing to support sales efforts.
  • Fluency in English is a plus, especially for international negotiations.
