UI/UX Specialist

We are looking for a UI/UX Specialist who is passionate about innovation and designing powerful and beautiful user interfaces. As a UI/UX Specialist, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-centric designs while ensuring an optimal experience across all platforms. You will play a key role in designing digital products that meet user needs while aligning with the company's business objectives.

Your main missions:

• Design elegant and functional user interfaces, taking into account design best practices and user needs.
• Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts.
• Conduct user research to identify expectations, frustrations and behaviors, in order to improve existing products or develop new ones.
• Create user flows and wireframes to define product interactions and interfaces.
• Work closely with development, marketing and product teams to ensure designs are properly implemented and meet project requirements.
• Conduct user tests and analyze results to propose continuous improvements.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all digital channels.
• Ensure responsive interface compatibility for an optimal experience on all devices and screen sizes.

Required profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of higher education in Design, Graphics, Interaction Design, or any other relevant field.
• Significant experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showing concrete projects completed.
• Mastery of design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and interactive prototyping tools (InVision, Marvel, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.
• Good understanding of web and mobile technologies and their limitations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, visual mockups and design systems.
• Experience with user testing, collecting feedback and iterating designs based on feedback.
• Creative mind, attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems in an aesthetic and functional way.

Additional assets:

• Knowledge of current trends in UI/UX design and market best practices.
• Familiarity with project management tool (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Experience with mobile projects (iOS, Android) and complex web interfaces.
• Fluency in English is a plus, especially for documentation and international collaboration.
